Terms & Conditions of Using the m9my Platform

1. Introduction

This Terms & Conditions document ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and m9my ("Platform", "Company", "us"). This Agreement governs the use of the m9my website, including all services, games, promotions and features available on it.

m9my is an online casino platform operating under a valid international licence, offering a range of game categories including online slots, sports betting, live casino, table games and crash games to eligible Malaysian players. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

2. User Eligibility

3. Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using the same or different information, is prohibited and may result in all accounts involved being closed without a refund.

During registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information including your full name, email address, mobile phone number and date of birth.
• Ensure that the name registered matches the name of the holder of the bank account or e-wallet used.
• Update your account information should any changes occur.
• Keep your password confidential and not share account access with any other party.

m9my is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from the user's failure to maintain the security of their account information.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

m9my supports a range of local and international payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian players. Accepted methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

General terms relating to deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction across all payment methods.
• The name of the payment account holder must match the registered m9my account name.
• All deposits must originate from a legitimate source of funds owned by the user.
• m9my does not bear any fees charged by the bank or third-party payment service providers.
• Suspicious or invalid deposits will be investigated and may result in temporary account suspension.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by m9my are subject to specific terms and conditions. The welcome bonus available is a 100% match on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,500.

Welcome bonus terms and conditions:

• This bonus is available for the first deposit only and is available to new members who have not previously claimed any bonus.
• The wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus value received before any bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• For example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Account balance RM200 → Wagering requirement: RM100 × 20 = RM2,000.
• Another example: Deposit RM3,200 → Bonus RM1,500 → Account balance RM4,700 → Wagering requirement: RM1,500 × 20 = RM30,000.
• The bonus may not be used for arbitrage or strategies that go against the spirit of the promotion.
• m9my reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any related winnings if any misuse is found.

6. Game Rules

All games on the m9my platform use an independently certified random number generator (RNG) to ensure that every round is independent and fair. Game outcomes are final and may not be disputed except in cases of system error that can be verified.

Users agree that:

• The use of any third-party software, automated scripts or techniques that exploit the system is strictly prohibited.
• Coordination or collusion between players to gain an unfair advantage is a serious offence that may result in account closure.
• m9my reserves the right to void any bet placed using incorrect information or during a system disruption.
• For sports betting, all bets are based on the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and are subject to the rules of the relevant sport.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawals may be made through the same payment method used for the deposit. General withdrawal terms are as follows:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• The typical processing time is between 30 minutes and 3 hours after the request is approved.
• Identity verification may be required before the first withdrawal or before withdrawals exceeding a certain amount are processed.
• Withdrawal of bonus funds is only permitted after the relevant wagering requirements have been met in full.
• m9my reserves the right to delay withdrawals for security review and anti-money laundering purposes.

Should a situation arise where the original payment method is unavailable, m9my will contact the user to arrange a suitable alternative method.

8. User Conduct

m9my users agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Money laundering, fraud or any illegal activity using this platform.
• Disruption or attempts to disrupt the operation of the platform, including cyberattacks or hacking.
• Misusing the customer support system with false information or unfounded complaints.
• Infringing m9my's intellectual property rights, including reproducing content, logos or marketing materials without written permission.
• Creating an account on behalf of another person or using another person's account even with their consent.

Any breach of the above may result in legal action as well as immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

9. Account Restrictions and Closure

m9my reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to suspend or close a user's account in the following circumstances:

• The user violates any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicious activity, fraud or potential money laundering is detected.
• Registration information is found to be false, inaccurate or incomplete.
• The user is found to be under the age of 21.
• A self-exclusion request from the user is received.
• Instructions are received from a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Users whose accounts are closed due to a violation may forfeit their right to any balance and bonuses held in the account. For closures at the user's own request, the existing balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to any outstanding wagering requirements.

10. Responsible Gambling
